Roofing contractor in Brevard County, FL

Brevard County, known as the Space Coast, stretches 72 miles along the Atlantic coast and holds a housing stock that spans every era from pre-1950 Florida Cracker homes to new construction in master-planned communities like Viera. Coastal communities from Titusville south to Palm Bay face salt air, sustained Atlantic winds, and direct hurricane exposure that accelerate wear on roofing materials. Inland neighborhoods near Melbourne and Rockledge see high humidity and intense UV exposure that break down shingles and underlayment faster than homeowners in drier climates expect. The county's rapid growth since the 1960s created dense pockets of mid-century concrete block homes alongside newer frame construction, each requiring a different roofing approach.

Space Coast Roofing From Titusville to Palm Bay

Brevard County's housing stock is one of the most varied in Central Florida. Homes near Cocoa Beach and Satellite Beach sit in high coastal wind zones where salt air corrodes standard metal flashing and fasteners within a few years of installation. Homes in inland Rockledge and Viera face a different challenge: intense summer UV and near-daily afternoon thunderstorms that stress shingle seal strips and push water into aging underlayment. We work across both environments and adjust materials and fastening methods to match the specific location.

The county's rapid growth from the 1960s through the 1980s created entire neighborhoods where roofs are aging at the same time. Southwest Palm Bay and Port Malabar are prime examples, where original 1980s installations are now hitting 35 to 40 years of age. A re-roof in these areas is not just a maintenance decision; it often affects a homeowner's ability to maintain insurance coverage. We are a state licensed roofing contractor, and the owner is onsite at every project to confirm that the installation meets current Florida Building Code requirements.

Commercial properties along the US-1 corridor in Melbourne and near the Space Center in Titusville often have low-slope or flat roof sections that require SPF or other commercial roofing systems. We provide commercial roofing services for these property types alongside our residential work. New construction roofing in growing communities like Viera is also part of our scope, giving builders and homeowners a single contractor for the full roofline, including gutters, gutter guards, and soffit and fascia.

Every service, available in Brevard County, FL

Roof repair is in constant demand across Brevard County because the county's older mid-century concrete block homes in Southwest Palm Bay and Port Malabar are now seeing original roofing systems reach or exceed their expected service life. Re-roof projects are common in these neighborhoods, where 1980s-era installations are now 35 or more years old. Commercial roofing, including SPF flat roof systems, serves the office parks, retail centers, and industrial facilities near the Kennedy Space Center corridor and Melbourne's business districts. Gutter guard installation is a practical add-on for homes surrounded by mature oak and palm canopy in communities like Rockledge and Merritt Island, where debris buildup accelerates gutter failure and soffit moisture damage.

Ginger and her team we amazing to work with. They were prompt and attentive to our needs. They showed up and gave us a very reasonable quote and then followed through until the process was completed. If you’re looking for a great team to do your roof this is the company you want. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks me for a referral or recommendation for a quality roofing company.

I had a problem with a blocked gutter adjacent to my pool screen enclosure. The roof had been installed too far over the gutter and prevented debris removal causing a major blockage. Ginger and William cut back that section enough to allow proper flow through the gutters. Problem solved! They also cleaned out all the gutters on my home, installed gutter guards, and power washed the roof, gutters and driveway. The house looked great when they were finished and I’ll have much less trouble with leaves clogging my gutters in the future. Ginger and William are very knowledgeable regarding roofing and gutters. They definitely made me feel confident in their capability to correct my gutter/roof issue. They went above and beyond what I expected. I will recommend them to everyone and will never use another roofing contractor.

The level of expertise and experience that was demonstrated by Ginger during her multiple inspections, testing and evaluation was phenomenal! She showed us all the deficiencies of the aging condo roof and where major issues existed. She provided drawings and test results to back up her assessments. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and the owner, Ginger for any roof issues, repairs and maintenance needed. Whether you are a home owner or a Condominium or a business owner- this is the person to call and use! She uses high quality materials and an expert team.

I called SEWP out because I had concrete and paint crumbling and peeling above a bedroom window inside with what looked like some mold, and I wanted to make sure my roof wasn't leaking. From start to finish, they were incredible. They came out first thing Monday morning. They didn't try to sell me anything, they actually took the time to locate the real source of the problem on the side of the house and walked me through exactly what was going on and what I could do to fix it. They gave me honest information and genuine help. So happy with them! I also asked about gutters while they were here and they gave me their honest feedback along with emailing me a very competitive quote. As a homeowner, it means everything to work with a company that treats you with integrity. Highly recommend!

Roofing Contractor FAQ for Brevard County, FL

Common questions from Brevard County, FL customers about our services, process, and coverage.

Palm Bay's population grew rapidly in the 1980s, and a large share of those homes received their original roofing installations during that decade. Those roofs are now 35 to 40 years old, well past the typical service life for asphalt shingles in Florida's heat and humidity. Many homeowners in Southwest Palm Bay and Port Malabar are discovering that their insurer will not renew coverage on a roof of that age, which is pushing re-roof decisions even when visible damage is not yet obvious.

Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach properties sit between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon, exposing roofs to salt air from two directions. Standard metal drip edge and flashing corrode significantly faster in this environment than on inland homes in Rockledge or Viera. Roofing work in these coastal communities requires corrosion-resistant components and fastening patterns rated for higher coastal wind design speeds.

Yes. We provide commercial roofing services, including SPF roofing systems, for businesses throughout Brevard County, including properties along the US-1 and SR-528 corridors near Titusville and Cape Canaveral. Low-slope and flat roof sections on office buildings, warehouses, and retail centers are part of our commercial scope. Free estimates are available for commercial property owners and managers.

In communities like Rockledge, where mature oak canopy is common, gutters fill with leaves, acorns, and debris quickly during summer storm season. Clogged gutters overflow against the fascia and soffit, and in Florida's humidity that moisture leads to rot and mold behind the trim. Gutter guards reduce the cleaning frequency and protect the fascia and soffit from the water damage that follows overflow.
